A tribute to XH558, the Royal Air Force's last Vulcan Bomber. The characteristic resonant trumpeting sound generated by the Olympus engines at full power, and the spectacular steep climb-out, guaranteed to bring any crowd to its feet and any airshow to a standstill, are gone now, possibly forever. The sight and sound of the Vulcan take-off will long be remembered by the many thousands who, over the years, have become associated in one way or another Michael Rondots powerfully emotive painting captures the moment as Vulcan XH558 thunders into a stormy sky with black smoke pouring from its Olympus engines.

Taken from a single limited edition of 558, numbered and stamped with the Collectair seal and individually signed by Michael Rondot. A numbered and signed certificate is issued with every print to guarantee the total edition size and authenticity.
