David Talks
David Talks began painting in watercolours while teaching French and Russian at Gresham's School, Holt, and then at Rugby School. In 1988 he turned to painting professionally and since then he has painted widely, in France, Italy, North Africa and the Far East. |

His medium is watercolour with touches of gouache for effect. His paintings have been influenced by Turner, William Wyllie, and more recently by Trevor Chamberlain and Hugh Brandon Cox.Dramatic and atmospheric skies, creative lighting and foreground water are the trademarks of his work. |

Kay Ohsten
Kay Ohsten was born in Norwich in 1935 and became one of the most versatile and sough tafter artists in the region. She attended Norwich School of Art & Design. Her great love of Norwich is evident in her architectural depictions of the city in watercolour and other mediums. |

Bob Brandt
Bob Brandt has lived in Norfolk since 1995 and has achieved international recognition with his works displayed in private collections throughout Europe, India and Australia, as well as in National Trust properties in Britain.

H.J. Starling
Jim Starling was originally a watercolourist, painting in the style of the norwich school. It was as a collector thet he acquired a keen interst in etchings. Frome being a connoisseur, he became an etcher himself. |

H.J. Jackson
My first 'picture' print was produced in 1958, whilst awaiting final examination results. This was of Melton Constable Railway Station. It set the style of subject matter I was to concentrate on - the disappearing railway, old houses and streets about to make way for the developer. |

Gillian Carolan

Aidan Kirkpatrick
Born in 1932, Aidan Kirkpatrick was education at Ulverston Grammar School and the Glasgow School of Art. He studied painting under Gilbert Spencer, R.A., Douglas Percy Bliss and Trevor Mackinson. |

Kevin Thompson
He studied at Lowestoft School of Art and Design from 1985-1987 and began painting professionally in 1988. Since that time he has held many solo exhibitions and numerous mixed exhibitions. |

Alwyn Crawshaw
Alwyn Crawshaw was born at Mirfield, Yorkshire and studied at Hastings School of Art He now lives in Hickling, Norwich, Norfolk, with his wife June. Alwyn works in watercolour, oils and acrylics. He is Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Society of Equestrian Artists, among others.

Richard Motley

Leon Bunnewell
He nearly always works outside, "on the spot", throughout the year in all weathers. He likes to paint quite quickly in a single session, working loosely, colourfully and with vigour, using brushes, palette knives and fingers. His work is spontaneous and fresh so as to capture the underlying spirit and feeling of the subject and to give a sense of intimacy and personality.
